The sticks are formulated to be flavourless, so they dissolve into water, coffee or tea without changing the taste. The cans are a proper cold brew you drink as-is.
Check the formula above - where caffeine is present it’s listed with its dose. Focus and Recover are caffeine-free; Perform and the cold brews contain caffeine.
Yes. Where a benefit is an authorised health claim, we use it in the approved words - those are the items tagged Approved claim. For the rest, we tell you what the ingredient is traditionally known for and leave you to check the dose yourself. We don’t dress up a benefit we can’t stand behind.
