Personal data we collect

  • Identity & contact: name, email, delivery and billing address, and phone number if you provide it.
  • Order & payment: the items you buy, your order history and payment confirmation. Card details are processed by our payment providers — we never store full card numbers.
  • Account & subscription: your login details and subscription preferences (managed via Recharge).
  • Marketing preferences: your email and SMS opt-ins and how you engage with our messages.
  • Usage & device: IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, and cookie data.
  • Reviews & support: anything you send us, and any reviews you submit.

How and why we use your data

  • To fulfil and deliver your orders, take payment and manage subscriptions — to perform our contract with you.
  • To provide customer support — our contract and legitimate interests.
  • To send marketing by email and SMS where you have opted in — with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
  • To improve and secure our site, run analytics and prevent fraud — our legitimate interests.

Marketing

  • Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google — advertising and analytics
  • GoAffPro — our affiliate programme
  • Rebuy — product recommendations
  • Alia — membership and rewards

We may also disclose data where required by law.

International transfers

Some of our providers (for example Shopify) process data outside the UK and EEA, including in the United States and Canada. Where they do, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Standard Contractual Clauses.
