Subscription Policy

This policy explains how subscriptions to Focus, Recover and The System work, and how to cancel one.

How a subscription works

• A subscription costs 25% less than buying the same box once.
• You choose how often it arrives: every 2, 3 or 4 weeks.
• It renews automatically. We charge the card you used on each renewal date until you cancel.
• If you order before first boxes ship in the third week of January 2027, your first renewal is one delivery interval after your first box ships, so you're never charged for a second box before the first arrives.
• We email you a reminder before each payment.
• Delivery is free on every System subscription order. Subscriptions to Focus or Recover alone pay £4.99 delivery on orders under £50.

How to cancel

Log in to your account at unconform.shop, open your subscription and choose Cancel. It takes a few clicks, with no phone call and no form to fill in. You can also email info@unconform.shop. We'll confirm the cancellation by email.

Cancel before your next payment date and you won't be charged again. There's no cancellation fee and no minimum term. You can also skip a delivery, pause, or change what's in your box or how often it comes, from the same place.

You can cancel an order within 14 days of receiving it, and your first box has a 30-day money-back guarantee. See our Refund Policy for how both work.

Your first box

Anything free in your first box, such as the tin and whisk, is yours to keep if you cancel.

Price changes

If we change a subscription price, we'll email you at least 14 days before it applies, so you can cancel first if you want to.
