We want you to feel good about trying Unconform. Because our products are consumable, we don't ask you to send anything back — if something isn't right, we simply refund you.

30-day money-back guarantee — sticks & cold brew

If you're not happy with your Unconform sticks or cold brew, email us at info@unconform.shop within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll refund you. You don't need to return the product.

Trial Pack — 14 days

The Trial Pack has a 14-day window. If it isn't for you, let us know within 14 days of delivery and we'll refund the £4.99 shipping you paid.

Damaged, wrong or missing items

If anything arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, email info@unconform.shop with your order number and a photo and we'll make it right straight away — replacement or refund.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a little longer to post it.

Subscriptions

You can skip, pause or cancel your subscription at any time from your account — see the Subscription terms in our Terms of Service.

Your statutory rights

None of the above affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
