Most people build the day around them: Focus in the morning, Recover in the evening. Focus is the one to start with if you only want one.

We print every dose on the pack, and our pages show each one next to the dose the research used, so you can check them yourself. Where ours is lower, we say so. Where a benefit is authorised we state it plainly. Where it isn’t, we list the ingredient and its dose and let the evidence speak. The full picture is on the Science page.

Yes, our products are vegan. Full allergen information is printed on every pack.

Focus contains 120mg of caffeine per stick, roughly a strong coffee. Recover is caffeine free.

The range is designed as one of each across the day rather than several of the same. Stick to the recommended daily dose on each pack, and keep an eye on your total caffeine from all sources.

Products containing caffeine are not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or for children. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or managing a health condition, check with your doctor first. These are food supplements, not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet.

UK law hasn’t approved a health claim for them, so we print the exact dose of each one, show the dose the research used next to it and say what it’s known for. Where there is an approved claim we can use, for the minerals and vitamins, we print it word for word. Betaine has one too, but it needs more betaine than UK rules allow in a supplement. First boxes ship in the third week of January 2027. Focus and Recover both go out in them, on their own or together as the System.

We ship within the UK only, with free delivery on orders over £50. For orders under £50, a flat delivery rate is shown at checkout.

From launch, orders placed before 4pm (Mon to Fri) are dispatched the same day, otherwise the next working day. UK delivery usually arrives within about 48 hours of dispatch, via Royal Mail or DPD. You will get a tracking email when it ships.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first box. Because the sticks are consumable, there is nothing to send back. One refund per customer. If something is not right, talk to us and we will make it right.

That should not happen. Contact us with your order number and a photo and we will sort a replacement straight away.
