Most people build the day around them: Focus in the morning, Perform through the afternoon, Recover in the evening. Focus is the one to start with if you only want one.

We formulate to the doses used in the research and print those numbers on the pack, so you can check them yourself. Where a benefit is authorised we state it plainly. Where it isn’t, we list the ingredient and its dose and let the evidence speak. The full picture is on the Science page.

Yes, our products are vegan. Full allergen information is printed on every pack.

Perform contains 120mg of caffeine per stick, roughly a strong coffee. Focus contains 80mg. Recover is caffeine free.

The range is designed as one of each across the day rather than several of the same. Stick to the recommended daily dose on each pack, and keep an eye on your total caffeine from all sources.

Products containing caffeine are not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or for children. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or managing a health condition, check with your doctor first. These are food supplements, not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet.

They are botanicals, so we use only wording for what they are traditionally known for, and otherwise list them at their full dose and describe them. Rather than imply a benefit the regulator has not signed off, we let the number on the pack speak. More on the Science page.

The range launches in December 2026. Recover is not shipping yet: its betaine dose sits above the currently authorised level, so it stays out until that is resolved. Join the Founding 500 for first access at launch.

We ship within the UK only, with free delivery on orders over £50. For orders under £50, a flat delivery rate is shown at checkout.

Orders placed before 4pm (Mon to Fri) are dispatched the same day, otherwise the next working day. UK delivery usually arrives within about 48 hours of dispatch, via Royal Mail or DPD. You will get a tracking email when it ships.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on our sticks, and because the products are consumable there is nothing to send back. If something is not right, talk to us and we will make it right.
