The science

We show our working.

No proprietary blends, no borrowed science, no claims we can’t stand behind. Here’s exactly what’s in each formula, how much, and what the rules let us say about it.

An ingredient on the label isn’t the same as an ingredient that works.

Most functional drinks include the right-sounding ingredients — just not at amounts that would do anything. A famous name listed at a token dose looks good on a can and costs almost nothing to add. It’s the oldest trick in the category.

So we dose the key actives to the amounts the research actually used — and print every figure on the pack, including the vitamins and minerals we add to carry their approved claims.

That means our formulas cost more to make and our labels have fewer flattering blanks. We think that’s the right trade. You can check every figure against the literature yourself — which is rather the point.

Claims, honestly

We’d rather under-claim than oversell.

We only state a benefit when it’s authorised for that specific ingredient, at the amount we actually use. Zinc, the B-vitamins, magnesium and calcium carry approved claims at our doses — so we make them, in plain language.

The rest — caffeine, citicoline, taurine, tyrosine, theanine, glycine, betaine and the botanicals — we include at full dose and simply describe. None carries an authorised health claim — some never have, and the botanical ‘on-hold’ route closed in 2025 — so we won’t imply a benefit the regulator hasn’t signed off.

It’s a slower way to build trust. It’s also the only one we’re interested in.
