Delivery & Returns

We currently ship within the United Kingdom.

• Free UK delivery on orders over £50. For orders under £50, a flat delivery rate is shown at checkout.
• Same-day dispatch on orders placed before 4pm (Mon–Fri). Orders placed after 4pm or at the weekend are dispatched the next working day.
• Orders typically arrive within 48 hours of dispatch.
• Delivered by Royal Mail, DPD or another suitable carrier. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking when your order ships.

Subscription orders ship automatically on your chosen schedule — every 2, 4, 6 or 8 weeks (the Founding Box monthly) — under the same delivery terms. You can skip, pause, change or cancel anytime from your account, with no minimum term.

Because our products are consumable, we don't ask you to send anything back — if something isn't right, we simply refund you.

• Sticks & cold brew: not happy? Email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund you.
• Trial Pack: a 14-day window — tell us within 14 days and we'll refund the £4.99 shipping you paid.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If anything arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, email info@unconform.shop with your order number and a photo, and we'll put it right straight away — replacement or refund.
