Delivery & Returns

First boxes ship in the third week of January 2027.

We currently ship within the United Kingdom.

• Free UK delivery on orders over £50. Under £50, delivery is £4.99.
• Once first boxes have shipped, orders placed before 4pm (Mon to Fri) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 4pm or at the weekend are dispatched the next working day.
• Orders typically arrive within 48 hours of dispatch.
• Delivered by Royal Mail, DPD or another suitable carrier. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking when your order ships.

Subscription orders ship automatically on your chosen schedule, every 2, 3 or 4 weeks, under the same delivery terms. You can skip, pause, change or cancel anytime from your account, with no minimum term.

Because our products are consumable, we don't ask you to send anything back.

• 30-day money-back guarantee on your first box. Not happy with your first box? Email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund it. One refund per customer.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If anything arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, email info@unconform.shop with your order number and a photo, and we'll put it right straight away: a replacement or a refund.
