By using this site or placing an order you agree to these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 to place an order (our range includes caffeinated drinks) and able to enter a binding contract.
3. Our products — important information
Our products are food supplements and functional foods, not medicines, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Products containing caffeine are not recommended for children or for those who are pregnant or breastfeeding. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition, please consult your doctor before use. Always read the label.
4. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example in the case of a pricing error, suspected fraud, or lack of stock.
5. Prices & payment
Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers.
6. Subscriptions
Subscribe & Save renews automatically at 20% off on the frequency you choose, until you cancel. You can skip, pause, change or cancel at any time from your account, with no minimum term and no cancellation fees. We will email you before each renewal.
7. Delivery
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy — UK only, free over £50, same-day dispatch on orders placed before 4pm, and delivery typically within 48 hours.
8. Cancellations & refunds
Returns and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy: a 30-day money-back guarantee on sticks and cold brew, and a 14-day window on the Trial Pack, with no need to return the product. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
9. Promotions, discounts & loyalty
Offers and any loyalty points have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be changed or withdrawn. One discount code per order unless stated otherwise.
10. Intellectual property
All content, branding and product names on this site are owned by us or our licensors and may not be used without our permission.
11. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to breach its security, scrape data, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
12. Reviews & submissions
Content you submit, such as reviews, may be used by us. It must be truthful, lawful and your own. We may moderate or remove content at our discretion.
13. Third-party links & tools
We are not responsible for third-party websites or services linked from our site.
14. Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded under law. Otherwise, to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
