The method
Tear, pour, stir
No scoop, no blender. One stick into whatever you're already drinking.
Tear
One stick into your glass.
Pour & stir
Water, coffee or tea. It dissolves clean.
Get going
Full doses, on the label, no faff.
What's inside
The whole formula. On the label.
Every ingredient at the dose it’s actually in. Items tagged Approved claim carry an authorised health benefit, in the approved words. The rest are listed in full and described in plain terms.
Food supplement. Not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the stated daily dose. Keep out of reach of children. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or taking medication, consult your doctor before use, particularly as this product contains ginseng and ginkgo.
The evidence
Doses you can check
Most blends sprinkle a token amount and hope you don’t notice. We print every dose in full and put the number on the front, so you can check it against the research yourself.
Zynamite
A mango leaf extract standardised to 60% mangiferin. In a placebo-controlled crossover trial, a single 300mg dose scored significantly more accurately across a battery of cognitive tasks, measured at 30 minutes, three hours and five hours.
Cognizin® Citicoline
The dose used in a randomised, placebo-controlled trial at the University of Utah, where sixty women took 250mg a day for 28 days and made significantly fewer errors on a standard attention test than the placebo group.
L-Tyrosine
An amino acid the brain uses to make focus-related neurotransmitters. A meaningful 500mg, printed in full.
Caffeine
80mg, about a single espresso. On the front of the pack, so you can count it against whatever else you have had today.
Dose vs research
The dose we use, next to the dose in the study
| Ingredient | In this stick | Dose used in the study | The study |
|---|---|---|---|

| Zynamite | 300mg | Single 300mg dose | Placebo-controlled crossover, 70 adults |

Why we made it
I was tired of paying for functional drinks that wouldn't show their working. So we built the one I wanted: full doses, on the label, nothing to hide.
Honestly
Is this for you?
We'd rather you bought the right thing. Here's the honest version.
It's for you if…
- You read the label before you buy
- You want full doses, with a single espresso of caffeine
- You do focused, heads-down work
- You like adding it to your own drink
Probably not if…
- You are very sensitive to caffeine (this has 80mg)
- You want a sweet, flavoured drink
- You expect an instant stimulant buzz
- You won’t take it most days
